How it works

A 30-day working engagement

You pay $500 to start, and nothing else is billed until the 30 days are up.

  • $500 to get started. The kickoff fee covers your first 6 hours.
  • $85 an hour after that — the pilot rate, billed once at the end of the 30 calendar days.
  • You set the ceiling. Cap the hours, name a deliverable, or both. Past the 6 hours the kickoff covers, there is no minimum.
  • 10–20 hours per week is the recommendation — the range where a significant deliverable or a working system actually gets built inside the window.
  • What that looks like: 10 hours per week for 30 days works out to about $2,900 billed at the end.
  • Day 31 is an open door. Roll into a project tier, keep going hourly as needed, or stop — no obligation.
